DCA Annual General Meeting

The DCA Annual General Meeting is open to the public.

Date: Wednesday February 16th 2022

Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Location: Cypress County Council Chambers

ONLY DCA members registered 30 days prior to the meeting date will be permitted to cast votes.

Members of the DCA will vote on a variety of issues/initiatives including the selection of a two (2) new Board members.  

Agenda:

1.  President’s Report of the Year’s Activities (2021);

2. Treasurer’s Report and the Audited Statements of which sufficient copies are to be available for examination and     viewing by the members present;

3. 2022 proposed plans;

4. 2022 proposed budget;

5. Any other business of the Association;

If you are a DCA member in good standing registered 30 days prior to the AGM and wish to be considered for a seat on the Board, please e-mail your intent to dcadirectors@gmail.com. 

If you are not a member but live in Dunmore and have an issue or idea you would like to be considered at the AGM, please e-mail the details no later than 30 days in advance (by January 17th) to dcadirectors@gmail.com.  Please keep in mind, the DCA is responsible for community programming and recreational spaces ONLY.  If you are not sure if your inquiry should be made to the DCA or Cypress County, let us know and we can help point you in the right direction. 

ONLY issues/questions/concerns submitted 30 days in advance will be discussed at the AGM.  It is NOT an open forum.
