Scheduling

a. All regular league games and tournaments will be scheduled through the Dunmore Community Association and will receive priority booking.  Private events will be booked around league games.

b. All games must be completed by 11:00 p.m.

Fees

a. The diamond rental fee is $15 per hour.

b. Diamond rental fees must be paid 2 days prior to the beginning of the event.

c. Damage/reservation deposit of $50 / per day may be required in order to secure the reservation at the sole discretion of the DCA.

d. Payment can be made online at time of checkout, or by cheque if it is an ongoing business/club rental.  All cheques should be made out to the Dunmore Community Association.

Cancellation Policy

a. If the Renter cancels all or any part of a reservation 2 or more days prior to the event, he/she shall be entitled to a refund of all fees and deposits for the cancelled reservation.

b. If the Renter cancels all or any part of a reservation less than 48 hours prior to the event, he/she shall not be entitled to any refund of fees or deposits.

c. All cancellations must be made during normal business hours (8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) via email to dcadirectors@gmail.com.

1. Any person(s) renting the facility must be 21 years of age or older

2.  I am responsible for the supervision of my group; I am responsible for any damage incurred to the property. I am responsible for stolen items, or any other item that belongs to the Dunmore Community Association. I am responsible for the cleaning of the facility after use. I am also responsible for making sure the facility is restored to its state in which it was rented.

3. I will ensure that no cars are driven and/or parked in the park.

4. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited within the facilities. Persons observed consuming alcohol within the facility will be asked to leave and are subject to arrest.
